Bringing language immersion into a business, school, or community does not always mean starting from scratch.
Some organizations already have the space, the students, and the teachers. They simply need a better way to deliver language immersion. Others want to transform an existing program. And some entrepreneurs are looking for an opportunity they can build into a business of their own.
That is why Verbalee offers different levels of partnership.
The goal is not to fit every client into the same package. It is to determine what you already have, what you want to build, and how much support you need to get there.
Bring Verbalee to Your School
You already have the students. We bring the method.
Designed for daycares, preschools, private schools, enrichment programs, and other organizations that want to introduce the Verbalee immersion method within an existing operation.
Your organization remains your own. We train your team, provide the methodology and resources, and help you build an immersive language experience within the environment you already have.
Packages can include owner and director training, teacher training, Verbalee resources, implementation guidance, marketing materials, support adapting the method to different ages and ongoing assistance.
Investment: Custom Package
Pricing depends on the size of the organization, number of educators being trained and level of implementation required.
Best for: Existing schools and childcare organizations that want to add Verbalee immersion without creating a new business.
Full School Implementation
More than training. We help you build the program.
Full School Implementation is designed for organizations that want Verbalee involved in developing a much broader immersion program.
This goes beyond training your teachers. We work with your organization on the environment, program structure, staff preparation, resources, implementation strategy, parent communication and the systems needed to make immersion part of the everyday experience.
Investment: Custom Proposal
Because this is a hands-on implementation project, pricing is based on the size and complexity of the organization and the level of Verbalee involvement required.
Best for: Schools and educational organizations that want significant support building a complete immersion program.
Build Your Studio
Create a dedicated language immersion experience.
Build Your Studio is for entrepreneurs and organizations that want to create their own dedicated immersion studio using the Verbalee model.
A Verbalee studio isn’t designed like a traditional language school. The environment becomes part of the learning experience.
Children might order food in a bakery, shop in a market, care for an animal in a veterinary clinic, participate in a science discovery, prepare a recipe or navigate an airport experience, all while communicating in the target language.
Support can extend beyond teaching methodology into studio planning, program development, training, operations and launch preparation.
Investment: Custom Package
The investment depends on how much of the studio development you want Verbalee to handle.
Best for: Entrepreneurs and organizations that want to create a dedicated language immersion studio but do not necessarily need the complete business-launch package.
Verbalee Business-in-a-Box
From concept to opening day.
Investment: $50,000
This is Verbalee’s most comprehensive package.
It is designed for entrepreneurs who don’t simply need training. They need help turning the Verbalee concept into an operating business.
The $50,000 package can include the Verbalee business license, owner and center-director training, Immersion Specialist certification, curriculum and operating systems, classroom launch resources, brand and marketing resources, administrative setup, recruiting assistance for the first team members, business-plan preparation and pre-opening support.
For international entrepreneurs, this structure can also be particularly relevant when developing a business intended to support an E-2 visa application.
The initial package represents the substantial work involved in getting the business established. After the initial launch period, ongoing Verbalee licensing is approximately $3,000 per year.
Best for: Entrepreneurs who want the most complete Verbalee launch solution, particularly those starting from the ground up.
Immersion Specialist Training
Learn how to create immersion, not simply teach a language.
Regular Certification: $1,495
Verbalee Immersion Specialist Training teaches educators how to make another language understandable without relying on constant translation.
Participants learn to use context, gestures, repetition, environment, routines, activities, storytelling, play and conversation to create genuine immersion.
The training is designed to go beyond theory. Participants learn how to plan immersive experiences, adapt activities to different ages and language levels, manage children with different learning styles, create conversation naturally and respond when learners do not understand.
Introductory training opportunities may be offered at $895, while a premium training option including individual coaching may be offered at $2,195.
Best for: Teachers, tutors, childcare professionals, schools and individuals who want to become trained in the Verbalee immersion method.
Why Are the Prices So Different?
Because these aren’t different versions of the same product.
Training one educator is very different from training an entire organization.
Training a school is different from helping that school redesign its language program.
And teaching someone the Verbalee method is very different from helping an entrepreneur create an operating business, recruit a team, develop the environment, prepare a business plan and get ready to open the doors.
The investment reflects the level of involvement.
You should not pay $50,000 when all you need is training.
But if you are building an entire business, a training course alone won’t get you there.
Licensing Is Not Franchising
Verbalee’s model is intentionally designed differently from a traditional franchise.
Depending on the partnership, organizations can access the Verbalee methodology, training, resources, intellectual property and brand while maintaining considerably more independence than they would typically have under a franchise model.
An existing school may want to remain completely under its current name while implementing the Verbalee method. Another entrepreneur may want to build a much closer relationship with the Verbalee brand.
The structure should fit the project.
Start With What You Already Have
The easiest way to determine which Verbalee package is right for you is to start with one question:
What do you already have?
If you already have a school, staff and students, you probably don’t need a complete business-launch package.
If you have a location and a business but need help creating the immersion experience, Build Your Studio may make more sense.
If you’re starting from the beginning and want Verbalee involved from business planning through opening, Business-in-a-Box provides a much more comprehensive solution.
And if what you really want is to learn the method, start with Immersion Specialist Training.
You don’t need the biggest package.
You need the right one.
